I also forgot to ask, what kind of cardio and stuff do you do? I am looking for stuff to switch up my workout with so I don't get bored.

Um I’m a big fan of the elliptical actually. It may not burn as much as running on the treadmill, but I find it a lot easier to maintain a steady vigorous pace on the elliptical, whereas on the treadmill i’ll run for a couple minutes and then have to walk. It’s also much lower impact on your knees and ankles, which I like.

In terms of mixing it up… I guess it depends on whether or not you go to a gym or just work out at home. If you go to a gym, try the stairmaster. I used it yesterday since all the ellipticals were taken, and I thought I was going to DIE, lol! Definitely an intense work out. If you’re at home, probably my favorite cardio workout without a machine is speed skipping. Try speed skipping in between reps of push-ups/sit-ups/etc. to keep your heart rate up. Or if you don’t have a rope, you could do jumping jacks between reps instead. Another easy way to get your heart going is running up and down stairs.
